My furry, er..prickly friend

so we’re skiing in Telluride and came across this yesterday on the mountain – a porcupine! apparently he is well known in these parts – his name is Stickers – and everybody wants to be his friend, including myself, but apparently it’s making him too at home with us natives and will ultimately threaten his existence as he becomes more used to people. take a look:
